Bay Self Catering Accommodation is an upmarket, self-catering accommodation providing company, situated in the coastal town of Walvis Bay, Namibia. It is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Claudia & Quintin Lofty-Eaton. Mrs. Lofty-Eaton is also a seasoned property expert based in the Port City of Walvis Bay.
With a wide variety of accommodation options available, ranging from exclusive flats to town-houses to free standing houses, Bay Self Catering offers you a stay as pleasant as can be. Each of our units are private and self-contained with all amenities you may need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Units are located along the lagoon or within the lagoon area, as well as Meersig and the Fairways Golf Estate, both upmarket suburbs within Walvis Bay. We also provide units more centrally to town as well as in town. The variety of choice is endless.
All houses and flats managed by Bay Self Catering Accommodation are fully furnished, self-maintained. However, additional unfurnished accommodation can be sourced from private individuals or companies, when required for rent or purchase through our mother company: Ramos Realtors.

Sufficient and careful consideration is given to ensure that the rooms, flats and houses are fitted with superb fencing and security systems and personnel to ensure, although rare an incidence free stay and holiday.
Laundry services are available at a modest cost while repair or replacement of non-functional appliances and repair on broken fittings, such as plumbing, locks, doors and windows takes priority.
To ensure that the holiday environment remains a bright one, our gardening staff is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of lawns and gardens Furthermore our facilities are fitted with electrical appliances such as fridges, TV sets with cable and many more, while plug-inns are available for international electrical sockets on request.

Consider a typical holiday in Africa with a family with twin infants and two older children with food allergies or special needs. We do not charge per person, but we charge for the unit itself. However, there is a limit on the number of people occupying a unit. Please note all prices In-season or Out-season is without VAT per night, N$ 180 admin fee & 2% NTB (Namibian Tourism board).
